By registering to utilize this portal, you accept the City’s permission to access the portal, and the information in it, subject to the following terms. You may access the portal for the limited purpose of entering backflow test reports. Any use of the portal or the information in it for any other purpose may result in revocation of permission to use the portal, in addition to any other legal or administrative penalties that may apply. Idaho Code section 74-120 specifically prohibits the use of information in this portal as a mailing or telephone list for marketing or other purposes; a violation may result in civil penalties of up to $1,000.
